Final details of the registration process

The Category Selection Committee has completed the process of reviewing each entry.  Students who need to correct or submit an omission have be notified via STEMWIZARD.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE ADDRESSED BY FEBRUARY 3rd.
Failure to make the necessary corrections will result in disqualification.
It is also important to check the spelling of student names and proper spelling and grammar of project titles. The information will be printed in the program and on awards as entered in STEMWIZARD. We will not reissue awards for spelling errors.
The title and abstract will be available to the judges PRIOR to judging.  It is the FIRST IMPRESSION the judge will have of the project.  Please take a few minutes to review the abstract and title prior to February 3.
PLEASE BE ADVISED STEMWIZARD EDITING ACCESS WILL CLOSE 12:01am FEBRUARY 4th.
Project numbers will be assigned AFTER the February 3rd deadline for corrections and omissions.
The assigning of a project number is verification the project has been accepted into the fair.  An email will be sent via STEMWIZARD advising the project numbers have been assigned.  It is up to the student and teacher to look up the number in STEMWIZARD.
NO NUMBER MEANS DISQUALIFIED FOR FAILURE TO MAKE CORRECTIONS BY DEADLINE
Lastly, the HACC photo release form is on www.casef.org  It must also be presented in hard copy at registration. Students who do not have the release cannot be permitted to participate. Given the scope of the event, we have no way of identifying students who decline the photo release. Therefore, it is a condition of participation. Please advise your sponsor if this changes the status of participation.
Thank you for your careful consideration to these final details of the registration process.
