November 20 Deadline for SRC Prior Approval*
November 28;30 SRC Review
December 11 All prior approval corrections/omissions are due.
January 8 Deadline for ALL student project entries into StemWizard.
January 13 FINAL deadline for sponsors review of student StemWizard entries.
January 13 School Registration and fees due AND Inventory Forms due with rankings.
January 16 Category Selection Committee
January 22 Notification of errors/omissions and disqualifications
January 27 11:59 PM DEADLINE for corrections/omissions NO EXCEPTIONS
February 9 Project numbers assigned by this date.
February 16 Extra project registration fees are due
February 27 Deadline to complete Judges Milestone
March 3 Projects released to the judges.

Fair Week – March 8-12
Monday Student project set-up and certification 4-7 PM
Tuesday Judging with interviews 9:30 – 11:30AM
Grand champion call-back notifications by 6 PM.
Wednesday 9 to 12:30 grand champion judging by appointment
Open to the public 1 – 6 PM
Thursday Open to the public 8 AM – 6 PM
Award Ceremony 6:30 PM
Displays must be removed. Any displays remaining on Friday will be recycled.
May 8-12 International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) Los Angeles, CA
BOARD MEETINGS MONDAYS 4:30 pm; see email notice for location
